extent-config.xml was not found c#

script failing while loading  exten-config.xml, it is working for two methods and two methods are failing 

Failing exactly here

htmlReporter.LoadConfig(@"D:\Selenium - CSharpLearning\Learningtwo\RELearing\RELearing\extent-config.xml");

Note extent-config file present in the above, but still, it is failing.

Please help
